I appreciated the opportunity to participate in the Grant Thornton online virtual internship program. The program introduced us to a broad service that the firm offered to the public. Then, we spent a substantive amount of time learning the methodology and the day-to-day consulting service work. I particularly enjoy the interactive activity with the team members as well as with the directors and managers. I've learned a lot from them. The final project showcased our understanding and the ability to work as a team to deliver a consulting project under pressure to discuss and form methodology and strategy and then present the outcome to the board. I couldn't be happier and more proud of myself when I can pull this all off, and as my team leader, I've learned how to effectively manage my team and communicate with every one of them.
